ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR (CONTRACT)

Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle daily activities of project and site works according to the approved drawings and specifications. • Attend site coordination / sub-con meeting when necessary. • Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Main-Cons, Sub-Cons, Suppliers, Related Autorities and others. • Ensure timely completion of all projects. • To prepares material and labour estimates. • Monitors the acquisition and use of materials. • Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes, using test equipment, such as insulation tester, earthing tester, voltmeter, ohmmeter and etc. • To arrange site installation, termination woks, system handover and provide training for end user. • To prepare all site documentation such as inspection form, site diary, work permit, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams. • Checking & verification of the design/ drawings/ documents to meet the client’s specification. Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. • Knowledge in Building Management System will be an advantage • Good written and communication skills. • Possess own transportation and willing to travel if required. • Ability to start work immediately would be added advantage.
