ENGINEER

REQUIREMENT Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Experience in Building Surveying, preparing Quantity Requirement, Material Costs related to HVAC scopes of works. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same nature of work ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing tender documents including technical documents, commercial documents, schedule of rates, technical data, catalogues, request quotation from supplier, prepare costing till submission of documents. Monitoring and follow-up project progress, scheduling, planning, sourcing, documentation including Project Quality Planning (PQP) Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones. Assist Superior in developing and providing technical support for new projects Responsible for material including checking plans, drawings, specifications and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensuring that all materials used and work performed as specifications Produce work report/summary on work done and present to Management Undertake any other tasks assigned by Management SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Good in HVAC, mechanical or electrical knowledge Able to write work report and proposal Able to do project costing Able to do multitasking job
