We are a dynamic company specializing in FMCG industry looking to expand our presence and grow our e-commerce strategy. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to lead acquisition and help expand our footprint in e-commerce platforms. This role is vital in engaging resellers for brand activation opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: Acquisition & Relationship Building: • Proactively reach out to e-commerce resellers via calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce brand activation opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers to encourage participation in brand campaigns and promotional activities. • Identify key decision-makers among resellers to increase participation in brand activations. • Provide timely update on acquisition status, identify key resellers to approach. • Work with marketing and sales teams to align reseller engagement with overall brand strategies. • Track reseller participation and provide feedback for future improvements. Administrative Support: • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, reseller contacts, and communications using CRM tools. • Assist in coordinating brand activation events, promotions and new product launches for reseller participation. • Prepare and send relevant documents, presentations, and agreements to resellers as needed. • Track the performance of reseller engagement efforts and suggest strategies to improve participation rates. Livestream Management: • Develop livestream strategies, analyse livestream performance data and implement improvements for better engagement and sales. • Plan, schedule, and host engaging livestream events on Shopee and other relevant platforms to drive product awareness and conversions. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or outreach, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging phone presence. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on measurable results. • Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and reseller partnerships is a plus.
