This 12-month contract role is designed to provide fresh graduates with the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of social media content & digital marketing, specifically focusing on key e-commerce platforms across the MY & SG market. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and optimize online sales. Responsibilities: Performance Media Management: • Assist in the planning and implementing digital media campaigns across various channels including retailer’s search engines, social media, affiliate marketing, and not limited to CRM marketing • Coordinate with external agencies or partners on campaign briefs and own the timely execution of a campaign across multiple platforms. • Monitor campaign performance and provide support in optimizing strategies to meet KPIs and ROAS targets. • Be on standby during mega campaigns to ensure smooth execution and address any issues promptly. Content Support: • Assist in the development and execution of ecommerce content, including paid & organic media content planning, copywriting, UTM link generation and maintenance. • Collaborate with creative team to help produce consumer-centric ad content and ecommerce campaign banners tailored for each platform Data Analysis: • Utilize tools like Meta analytics, and ecommerce platform reports to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of digital media initiatives and improve future campaigns. Learning and Development: • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce and social commerce. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Skills: • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce. • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Meta. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Comfortable with cold calling and basic administrative tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Passion for digital media, e-commerce, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Experience: Internships or project work related to digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus but not required. Objectives: Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience in managing performance media campaigns. Campaign Support: Contribute to the success of digital marketing efforts on Lazada and Shopee Professional Growth: Develop a strong foundation in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
