Job Scope Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. Troubleshooting technical issues. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing support in the form of procedural/project documentation. Managing multiple cases at one time. Testing and evaluating new technologies. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Resolving network issues. Knowledge Basic knowledge in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Basic knowledge in Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS. Basic knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software. Basic attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Requirements Malaysian citizen from recognizes university. Minimum 2.5 CGPA or above. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ system management or related field is an added advantage. Age not more than 27 years old. Unemployed for more than 6 months since final exam or less than 1 year working experience. Energetic, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude. Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.
