Job Brief 1. Provide administrative support to Finance Manager, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic book-keeping. 2. Working directly for finance manager and assist to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities 1. To assist in document filling and compilation. To ensure book keeping and account documents is safe keeping as requirement. 2. To assist in closing of General Ledger and month end Account Closing. 3. To assist in preparation of journal and expenses analysis and Balance Sheet schedule. 4. To maintain AP report, keep track of aging AP, update payment status, and others related matter pertaining to AP. 6. To prepare weekly cash flow report and assist on preparation of cash flow statement. 7. To assist in monitoring, control and cash flow balances. 8. To prepare monthly bank reconciliation 9. To prepare and reconcile intercompany balances 10. To assist in preparation of cash flow projection. 11. Preparation and coordination of payments 12. Preparation of vouchers, cheque, journals, banking instruction and reconciliation of payment and receipt. 13. Extraction of data and preparation of schedules for audit and tax purposes 14. To receive and process all invoices, expenses forms and request for payments. 15. To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner 16. To ensure timely and accurate update invoices in the Accounting System 17. Any other duties or assignment given by the immediate superior from time to time.
