OUTDOOR SALES AND MARKETING

1. Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to meet the sales target. Develop, deploy, and measure the success of the sales strategies. Assist in developing and executing marketing activities. 2.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 3.Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team. Provide market updates and sales forecasts. Submit monthly sales, pipeline, and target reports. 4. Identify emerging markets and market changes while fully understanding the company's new products and industry competitive conditions, new products, and market conditions to understand specific customer needs. 5. Expand the company’s customer base by penetrating new markets or verticals, as well as position the company as the market leader with a strong presence in the industry, and work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand 6.Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Managing, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team members. Foster a culture of achievement in the sales team by encouraging reps to hit or exceed their quotas. 7.Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified vision, mission, guiding principles, and values of the organization. 8.Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers and conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily 9.Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers and maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts 10.Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory, educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally 11. Motivate and foster good team morale and spirit to ensure effective teamwork and unity among department team members. Encourage and drive team members to achieve optimum performance. 12.Develop and implement plans that will drive the future growth and direction of the team and the organization. To set targets for individuals who are relevant to the company vision, mission, and strategies. 13. Performs special projects and/or any other tasks and/or duties as requested by CEO/MD.
