Criteria: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience with HTML5 game engines, with a focus on Phaser.io/GDevelop5. Proven track record in developing reliable server-authoritative multiplayer communication. Experienced with Adobe Illustrator for in-game vector illustrations and Adobe After Effects for in-game animations/motion graphics. Familiarity with GitHub and Git version control. Solid understanding of JavaScript (JS) and CSS3. Good grasp of user experience (UX) principles. Previous experience in game development (either work-related or side project) Genuine interest in game development. Bonus criteria: Previous professional experience in game development. Experience developing games with JavaScript or JavaScript-based game engines. Created public educational content in any medium. Ability to create game assets using Adobe Illustrator or other vector software. Skill in creating game animations with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software. Job Scope: Propose, design, and build two-player co-op web games between student and tutor based on premade syllabuses. Integrate games with existing multiplayer communication software in the server or build and deploy your preferred server software of choice with the team's help. Consult with the team on development and learning outcome requirements. Learn and use a suite of open-source server software. Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Pay: RM 3,000 - RM3,500 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
