Job Scope: Marketing Assistant 1. Content Creation: o Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook etc. o Develop captions, hashtags, and creative elements that align with the company’s brand and voice. 2. Content Scheduling and Posting: o Schedule and post content consistently across all social media platforms. 3. Campaign Assistance: o Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. o Help monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns. 5. Social Media Strategy: o Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for social media strategies, promotions, and campaigns. o Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. 6. Analytics & Reporting: o Track social media performance through analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics). o Provide regular reports on metrics such as engagement, follower growth, reach, and campaign success. 7. Influencer and Collaboration Management: o Identify and reach out to potential influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborations. o Assist with the management of partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns. Qualifications: 1. Education: o A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 2. Experience: o Some experience in managing social media accounts (personal or professional). o Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook features, tools, and algorithms. 3. Skills: o Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and community management. o Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop to create visuals for social media. o Creativity and an understanding of current trends in social media. o Time management and ability to multitask across various platforms and projects.
