MASS Precision Malaysia provides a comprehensive array of cost-effective services, encompassing engineering review, quality engineering support, CAD/CAM software design and engineering, precision machining, TIG/MIG/Robotic welding, painting, and metal finishing, along with an ERP system to manage intricate component procurement and enhance supply chain performance Responsibility: 1. Operate within the quality manual, procedures, and work instructions of MASS Precision. 2. Create documentation for use by inspectors, including (but not limited to): a) Bubble Drawings b) First Article Inspection Reports c) Device History Records 3. Review completed document packages for completeness and accuracy. Works cross-functionally to resolve issues. 4. Creates Certificate of Conformance for products sold by MASS Precision, as specified by the customer. 5. Obtains 3rd party certifications and appends to document packages as required, including (but not limited to): a) Raw Material Certifications b) Finish Certifications c) Paint Certifications 6. Submits documentation packages to the customer as required, in accordance with specified due dates. 7. Maintains MASS Quality Management System (QMS). 8. Reviews existing documentation to ensure suitability and adequacy. 9. Maintains revision control of all documentation. 10. Maintains QMS structure and ensures information is available to interested parties. 11. Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures. 12. Maintain customer and MASS Quality requirements. 13. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 14. Contributes to the department’s team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1. Required a good mathematical skill - computing & calculating. 2. Good command in English. 3. Ability to multitask and complete all assignments in a timely manner with accuracy. 4. Detail oriented. 5. Experience with DISCUS or Solidworks Inspection preferred. 6. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. 7. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization. 9. Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 10. Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts. 11. Ability to follow verbal instructions 12. Ability to be cross trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands. Qualification: -High school diploma or equivalent or -Associate / Bachelor’s degree preferred. *Open to fresh graduate with related studies/field.
