PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities: Production Management: 1.Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production processes to ensure timely completion of production targets. 2.Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. 3.Ensure that all production activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Quality Assurance: 1.Monitor the production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. 2.Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. 3.Liaise with the Quality Assurance department to address any quality concerns. Team Leadership: 1.Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors. 2.Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills of the production team. 3.Foster a positive and productive work environment. 4.Able to hand more than 100 + worker and must be Strong leader ship Process Improvement: 1.Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 2.Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance. 3.Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices. Inventory and Resource Management: 1.Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. 2.Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are maintained in good working condition. 3.Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of materials. Reporting and Documentation: 1.Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics. 2.Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including work orders, production schedules, and maintenance records. Health & Safety: 1.Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the production floor. 2.Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. 3.Promote a culture of safety among the production team. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role. 3.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and resource management. 4.Experience in implementing process improvements and working with ERP systems. 5.Excellent leadership and communication skills. 6.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7.Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Experience with lean manufacturing principles. 2.Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. 3.Familiarity with electroless plating processes (if relevant to the industry). Working Conditions: 1.The role may require extended hours, including weekends, depending on production needs. 2.Work may be performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery.
