Responsible for driving sales initiatives on our company services and products. This role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with project & operation teams to ensure successful project delivery. 1) Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote roofing repair services. - Identify key market segments and potential clients for roofing projects. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 2) Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their roofing repair needs. - Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions. - Address client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions. 3) Lead Generation - Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. 4) Quotation and Proposal Development - Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations and proposals. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project requirements. 5) Sales Reporting - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
