Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with AC units and equipment. Replace defective parts and components under supervision. System Testing and Performance Checks Help in testing systems for proper functioning after installation or repairs. Report any irregularities or issues to the senior technician. Safety and Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations during installations and repairs. Documentation Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation, repairs, and maintenance activities. Assist in preparing reports on completed tasks for submission to supervisors. Customer Service Respond to client inquiries and concerns professionally. Ensure the work area is cleaned after completion of tasks and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Tools and Equipment Assist in the proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment. Notify senior staff of any equipment that needs repair or replacement. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational certificate in HVAC systems is preferred. Experience: No prior experience required, but some experience in air conditioning systems or related fields is an advantage. Skills: Basic understanding of electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to use hand and power tools. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and work under supervision. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Personal Attributes Team player with a strong work ethic.
