We are seeking a qualified Payroll Executive to manage the payroll functions, attendance verification, and overtime calculations across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with local employment standards. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in payroll management, we would like to meet you. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Payroll Processing: Prepare payroll for all employees across our group, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Review data entries, verify overtime, allowances, and deductions before final approval. Statutory Compliance: Handle all statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax (PCB), and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Liaise with government authorities and auditors when required. Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee the Xenix attendance system to maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and punctuality reports. Notify supervisors if any issues arise with attendance. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee medical and other benefits, ensuring eligible employees and dependents are covered under the medical scheme. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including medical checks and induction programs. Manage resignation procedures, including collecting resignation letters, conducting exit interviews, and compiling turnover reports. Report Preparation: Compile monthly payroll and benefits reports, including summaries of earnings, deductions, and taxes. Submit staff movement reports to HQ and handle other payroll-related documentation. System Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update employee data in the payroll and attendance systems, ensuring information remains current. Ensure Completeness of Personal Files: Maintain and ensure all employee personal files are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company and legal requirements. Ad-Hoc HR Support: Assist the HR team with special tasks, including organizing financial and non-financial assistance programs, managing zakat aid requests, and handling other HR responsibilities as needed.
