Security Guard

Job Description 1. Perform guard services to safeguard the company’s properties and staff by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry. 2. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers. 3. Reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures. 4. Traffic control. 5. Ensure operation of equipment by preventive maintenance; follow manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques. 6. To observe and coordinate all vendors and contractors' activities in the building are complied with our company’s rules, regulations and procedures. Requirements 1. Education: Completion of lower secondary school (LCE/SRP/PMR) is required. 2. Language: Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 3. Experience: Guard/Security experience, ex-military, police personnel are encouraged to apply. 4. Skills & Abilities: Have integrity, good interpersonal skills, follow instructions, be firm, courteous, and tactful with customer service approach to security. Required to possess a valid driving license for a motorcycle (B2) and be in good physical condition and mentally fit. Knowledge in basic firefighting, first-aid, and computers will be an added advantage. 5. Others: Willing to work on shift and during public holidays. Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen. 6. Position base in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam but willing to relocated in Petaling Jaya Office if needed
