BIM Modeler

1) Utilize BIM to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, 3D BIM models and combine services drawings in accordance to project requirement (especially for electrical system) 2) To assist PM/PE to organise drawings list and project documentation. 3) Attend coordination meeting and follow up on the latest drawing and update the 3D model from time to time if requires. 4) Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the PM/PE when necessary Requirement / Qualication: 1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field 2) Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD). 3) Willing to work extend working hours if project rushing 4) Saturday work requires (Half Day) 5) Work independently 6) Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction or engineering industries; particularly MEP services
