Job Purpose: - Responsible for achieving assigned area’s sales target value by brand and outstanding performances for assigned high potential market/outlets by *driving new penetration *covering the outlets effectively and efficiently according to the agreed commercial objectives *effective implementation and control of promotions in designated market *ensure all sales driver standards ~ Availability, Visibility, Price and Promotion (AVP2) standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Expand new business opportunities through: - Opening of new outlets within the designated area of coverage - Identifying, initiating and selling-in the right product and treatment solutions - Contracting outlets via exclusive and non-exclusive partnerships - Regularly visiting customers according to Journey Route Plan and provide excellent commercial and customer service, and report any change of customers - Proactively implement the 6 steps call - Effectively and efficiently implementing the sales drivers standards (AVP2) -Continuously and gradually achieving monthly sales target set -Establish, maintain and develop positive relationships with all outlets
