Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive 4. Content Creation & Management: a. Create high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters. b. Work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content. c. Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging. 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): a. Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. b. Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs. c. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. 6. Team Collaboration & Leadership: a. Mentor and guide junior members of the sales and marketing team. b. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. c. Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and implementation. 7. Branding a. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing materials and campaigns b. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics across all channels c. Conduct regular brand audits and recommend improvements to enhance brand perception. d. Collaborate with the Creative team to create compelling branding materials e. Implement strategy to increase brand recognition and loyalty among target audiences. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Malaysian Citizenship 2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. 4. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools 7. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. 8. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
