CHARGEMAN cum TECHNICIAN

1) Reporting to superior on daily plant electrical, engineering and maintenance activities, and coordinate with central engineering team to ensure smooth running of the section including engineering workshop. 2)Prepare and carry out plant equipment and machineries preventive maintenance as per planned. 3) Ensure that substation equipment installations is executed in such a manner that meets the quality specified as well as safety and health requirements. 4) Supervise and check maintenance tasks carried out by technicians/operators. 5) Explore, plan and implement good housekeeping program for factory including non manufacturing facilities 6) Implement and upkeep all safety measures on production machineries. 7) Propose and maintain stock for critical parts/components of production machines to reduce downtime of machineries repair and maintenance and liaise with purchasing/vendors in sourcing for replacement parts and components 8) Control the pollution of air, water and noise in the factory 9) Study and implement expenditure control program and carry out continues process improvement programs to achieve departmental objectives/KPI 10) Carry out repair, rectification as well as servicing plant equipment and machineries running in the goods conditions. 11) Aim for cost reduction in manufacturing process and maintenance, better utilization of labor and machines , plant efficiency and layout as well as continue improvement of productivity and product quality 12) Ensuring adequate training. proper handling and use of machines and tools 13) Conform to all requirement, of applicable management system (EG Anti Bribery Management system ISO 37001, Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, Safety & Health OHSAS 18001 & MS 1722) and to comply to regulations related to environment ISO 14001, Safety & Health (EG Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974 ,Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA 1994) 14) Practices of the organization and its goal of achieving a zero accident workplace. 15) Cultivate and practices 5S at work place and to adhere to 5S rules and standard of the organization to achieve continuous improvement in productivity , quality , cost, delivery, safety, morale and working environment. 16) To be aware of risk and opportunities aware of needs and expectations of interested parties aware of consequences or failure of control 17)
