CASTING MACHINE OPERATION SPECIALIST

Managing day-to-day operations. Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures. Identifying ways to improve customer experiences. Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks. Training local junior technician and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed. Tracking and reporting on operational performance. Maintaining policy and procedure documents. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Setting up machines to start a production cycle. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Test operation of machines periodically Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws 5+ years of experience as an operations/machinery specialist or in a similar role. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Strong self disciplinary management ability Ability in speak, write , read in mandarin language High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure and high thermal environment
