SINTERING FURNACE OPERATION SPECIALIST

Managing day-to-day operations. Load/unload, start/stop and operate sintering furnaces. Remove sintered heats from the furnaces. Follow established procedures for running and checking furnaces to ensure all systems are operating correctly. Remove quality control lab tests and place inproper envelopes. Remove box tests and deliver to the appropriate focus factory. Pull samples and record inspection results. Deliver the sintered heats to the separators and replace empty furnace slabs in sinter set-up. Maintain heats printer and file reports in file cabinets. Scan in correct information. Perform routine furnace maintenance. May assist with sinter set up, separate, and other related duties as needed. Commitment to working safely and understand all safety procedures. Furnaces run to a set procedure changed in writing by technology or management. Incumbents responsible for making changes, putting in the correct programs, and following the written procedures ensuring error free operation. Deviations in routine are handled according to operating procedures and/ or work instructions. Operator responsible for following inspection control plan, assuring product 5+ years of experience as an operations/machinery specialist or in a similar role. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Strong self disciplinary management ability Ability in speak, write , read in mandarin language High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure and high thermal environment
