Store Assistant

As a Store Assistant, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our store. You will assist customers, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure our shelves are stocked and organized. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, customer-oriented, and ready to help us achieve our business goals. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries Restock shelves, display items, and ensure products are well-organized Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging displays Handle transactions at the cash register and assist with packaging Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock levels to management Provide support in managing deliveries and stock storage Help implement promotional campaigns to drive store sales Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
