Responsibility: • Promote and sell automation products and solutions, specifically Siemens Simatic PLC S5, PLC S7, Siemens Drives, and Simatic WinCC HMI, to clients in the automation industry. • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in target industries such as manufacturing, utilities, and process automation. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals, showcasing the benefits of the company’s automation products to prospective customers. • Provide pre-sales technical support, including advising customers on system integration, product compatibility, and appropriate automation solutions based on their needs. • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance automation processes. • Offer post-sales support for troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical assistance related to Siemens PLC systems and other automation products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert guidance on PLC programming, control systems, and automation applications. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and customer feedback to management. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and technical specifications in the company’s CRM system. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or technical roles in the automation industry, with specific expertise in Siemens Simatic PLC S5, PLC S7, Siemens Drives, and WinCC HMI. • Hands-on experience with PLC programming, system integration, and automation technologies is essential. • Strong knowledge of Program Logic Control (PLC) systems, especially Siemens Simatic products. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
