INTERN - PROCUREMENT

Position Overview Join allnex in this opportunistic time and help our procurement team drive digitalization in its procurement processes. Work closely with multiple stakeholders – locally and internationally – and gain business exposure in a multinational environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the assessment and evaluation of potential suppliers to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards. - Research potential suppliers, industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to support informed procurement decisions. - Support the procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods. - Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts, including terms and conditions. - Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed. - Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. - Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirements: - Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program (Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy or any relevant field). - A minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred. - Strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Good teamwork and fast learning. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Eager to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
