INTERNSHIP - OPERATION (TRUCKING & HAULAGE)

1. To ensure all drivers report to work based on agreed time on daily basis. 2. To ensure all PM and trailer in good condition and immediately report to related superior on any occurring incident or accident. 3. To notify superior on every asset statutory status i.e expiry date for renewal arrangement. 4. To plan, execute and monitor all delivery & collection to achieve daily operations target. 5. To always monitor and ensure matching movement of deliveries and collections to reduce head run. 6. Detailing the job to drivers – surrender only necessary copies to them and ensuring the office copies are taken for operations team further action. 7. To manage fuel usage by driver. 8. To monitor driver live movement on GPS. 9. To avoid unnecessary charges i.e SSR, detention, demurrage. 10. To prompt accurate information to customer and team on movement updates. 11. Ensure all delivery and collection were cleared within agreed timeline. 12. To report to superior on any service failure. 13. To manage return of driver’s work ticket to ensure smooth claim process.
