• To source for candidates through cold callings, networking and referrals, data base search, directories search and any other methods – daily. • To interview and assess the candidates’ suitability. • To prepare reports and present candidates to the client. • To follow up and coordinate for client interviews. • To persuade candidate in accepting the client’s offer. • To conduct reference checks on candidates. • To do follow-up on existing accounts and or prospecting for new client through seminar, newspaper advertisements, referrals and advertisements. • To establish own Industrial Practice Group. • To maintain relationship with both clients and candidates.
