Job description 1) Undertake the Account Payables, Account Receivables, & General Ledger Function. 2) Responsible for data entry, updating and maintaining accounting records. 3) Ensuring timely and accurate matching of vendor's invoices against purchase requisitions, purchase orders & other supporting documents, update into the system. 4) Ensure suppliers monthly statement of accounts are received and reconciled with no discrepancies, or confirmation with suppliers to ensure no discrepancies monthly (if the suppliers do not have the monthly statement of account) 5) Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments in the accounting system. 6) Assist in month end/year end closing and management reporting. 7) Responsible for fixed asset management and scrap sales.
