Job Description: - Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. - Perform laboratory tests on products to assess their quality, safety, and performance. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance processes. Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings. - Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies regarding quality and safety. - Identify areas for improvement in production processes and quality control measures. - Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions. - Investigate quality issues, document non-conformance, and participate in corrective action processes to resolve quality-related problems. - Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulations. Qualifications: - 3-5 years experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the hygienic or personal care products sector. - Understanding of QMS (e.g., ISO 9001), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant regulatory standards.
