CNC Lathe/TurnMill Technician

Working experience: 2-5 years 1. CNC Lathe Operations: • Set up and operate CNC lathe/TurnMill machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. • Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality and efficient production. 2. Tooling and Fixturing: • Select, install, and maintain cutting tools and fixtures, ensuring they align with the requirements of each machining job. • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tooling and fixturing for enhanced efficiency and quality. 3. Quality Control: • Perform regular inspections of machined components using precision measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances and quality standards. • Identify and address any deviations from specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain exceptional quality. 4. Programming and Troubleshooting: • Program CNC lathe machines using G code and CAM( Esprit) software, ensuring accurate and efficient machining processes. • Troubleshoot and debug programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. 5. Safety and Maintenance: • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment. • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC lathe machines to guarantee optimal performance and longevity. • Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Technician in the precision machining industry. • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC lathe machines, including programming and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixturing. • Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings and specifications. • Familiarity with CAM( Esprit) software.
