BHD. seeks an CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Set and monitor the CNC turning and milling machine to perform the allocated tasks to meet targets, criteria and deadlines. • Plan machining process, develop CNC turning and milling machine program and setting instructions for select tools and plan tool life. • Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. • Prepare 2D/3D programme using CAD/CAM and transfer the data to CNC machine. • Monitors CNC turning and milling machine programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task. • Supervise the CNC turning and milling machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. • Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly. • Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions and ensure they successfully reduce. • Mounting, aligning, and securing tooling, attachments and work-piece on machine. • Document the report issues with machine, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety. • Preparing and pre-setting all tools needed for machining operation. • Performance of dimensional and visual inspections for first piece and in-process manufacturing. • Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT are: • Experience in CNC machining process and program troubleshooting is necessary. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
