(1) Provide comprehensive support to office administrative functions, including messenger tasks, clerical duties, purchasing office supplies, bill payments, photocopying, banking duties, and following up on visa matters with relevant clients/ministries. (7) Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues. (8) Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies. (9) Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. (10) Serve as the office driver for official travel within Klang Valley and occasionally to districts outside Klang Valley as required. (11) Assist in generating, maintaining, and compiling purchasing records, and liaise with the Finance and Accounts Department for payments. (12) Ensure all purchases are accurate in quantity and delivered within the agreed timeline and price. (13) Perform any other duties as assigned.
