Protégé- Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: • Participate in the company’s strategic planning. • Assist in the management and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management. • Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects. • Engage in on-the-job training across different departments as required by Head of Departments. • Estimation & documentation of project budget such as each material cost & total renovation cost. • Safety Documents - Create, Access & Review hazards and risks during project implementation. • Plan site visit & research for future projects. Pre-requisites: • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English, with a minimum requirement of MUET Band 3. • Candidates must have own transport and be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam. Note: • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further selection process. • Trainees will undergo 8 months programme. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience with advancement potential.
