Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of landscapers. Assign tasks and provide clear guidance to team members. Landscape Maintenance Oversee the maintenance of resort grounds, including parks, gardens, and plants Perform various landscaping tasks, such as pruning, planting, and maintenance Propose, monitor and maintain irrigation system Manage the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of Resort areas, including walkways and courtyards. Project Plan and coordinate resort landscaping projects, including new installations and enhancements. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Management and Guest Interaction Engage with resort guests and ensure a positive and memorable experiences. Collaborate with resort management to understand landscaping preferences and requirements. Safety Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices for landscaping in a remote island resort setting. Qualifications: Proven experience in sandy island resort landscaping environment, with a minimum of 5 of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to landscaping in a remote island resort setting. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
