Job Description : 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service. 5. Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improving products and services. 6. Communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams for action. Qualifications : 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity. Those with exposures in waste management sectors will be an added advantage. 3. A team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is a must; additional language skills are an advantage. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 6. Good problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills. 8. Willing to work at Lahad Datu plant.
