KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Success in this role will see the following achieved: Own and manage the analysis and reporting of assigned insights programmes o Analyse survey data using descriptive and inferential statistics (SAS) o Summarise analyses through professional looking charts shown in static reports (PowerPoint) and interactive dashboards (PowerBI) o Deliver insights to clients (internal and external) showing trends and action areas o Manage survey data from different sources – face-to-face interviews, online and phone studies. This includes data import, storage, review and cleansing Interact proactively and positively with programme managers and colleagues from other areas of NMG to gain better understanding of the various programmes and deliver accurate outputs o Create and maintain continuous improvement actions o Review and enhance codes and data structure for more efficient work flow Applying a creative and curious mindset, applying new and evolving approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of our insights studies Living the NMG Values of Collaboration, Make it Count, Curiosity and ‘Go for it!’ YOUR EXPERIENCE The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate: Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate should: • have hands-on experience in using MS Power BI, and related MS technologies • Have at least 2 years’ of practical knowledge and expertise of SAS (Base or EG) - a MUST have • Experience in using SQL and macros too • have experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business logics/methodologies • have strong visualisation skills (dashboard and/or graph designing) • have a strong academic performance The following are also valued: • Knowledge in other programming languages like Python and R • UI/UX experience • Experience in analysing and reporting survey data Competencies • Outstanding communication skills at all levels - able to build excellent working relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders • Ability to solve problems effectively, think creatively and deliver quality outputs in a timely manner • Ability to make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills • Fast and keen learner – able to work individually and in a team If you are interested in this role and meet the criteria, please apply directly at: https://nmgconsulting.peoplehr.net/Pages/JobBoard/Opening.aspx?v=0c51ec21-7164-4835-85d5-3ff723130aab
