On-site Warehouse Process Management: (1) Establishing, monitoring, and analysing the KPIs for the warehouse, and urging third parties to make improvements (key metrics include receiving timeliness, shipping timeliness, inventory accuracy, and shipping accuracy). (2) Inspecting the safety, 5S practices, inventory counts, and operational standards of the third-party warehouse, and supervising corrective actions. (3) Monitoring efficiency anomalies, employee turnover rates, and changes in key management personnel at the third-party warehouse. (4) Maintaining close communication with regional warehouse management and headquarters’ specialized management for policy requirements and training dissemination. (5) Identifying opportunities for process optimization and summarizing pilot tests of operational micro-innovations, providing feedback. (6) Assisting the management department in verifying expense settlement data. (7) Reconciling monthly expense settlements with third parties. Communication with Various Functional Departments: (1) Procurement: Coordinating and handling returns and receiving exceptions. (2) Inventory Control/Supply Chain: Business demand planning and inventory management. (3) Carriers: Managing transportation capacity and scheduling coordination. (4) Stores: Handling discrepancies and processing documentation. (5) Technical Support: Reporting and tracking anomalies. (6) System Planning: Functionality fault tolerance and optimization. (7) Finance: Supervising the on-site confirmation of inventory gains/losses and confirming value-added service fee settlements. (8) Quality Control: Reporting various temporary reports and assessing anomalies. (9) Other temporary tasks as needed. Job Requirements: Education: Associate degree or higher. Gender: No requirement. Age: Under 35 years old. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management, familiar with ERP, WMS, and OFFICE applications. Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and communication skills are required. Experience managing teams of over 50 people is essential. Experience in warehouse operations at major retailers is an added advantage
