International Markets (Export Division) and Administrative Duties 1. Process purchase orders (help check for Business Development Manager’s approval) before sending to HQ. 2. Filing (update files by country and master file). 3. Compile Monthly Sales Report (after receiving from the respective Business Development Manager) according to timeline set. 4. Sales & Budget monitoring and updating (A&P) 5. Taking Minutes of meetings. 6. Sales support for Business Development Managers. 7. Any other ad hoc admin duties as and when necessary. 8. Duty Roster for reception counter. Job Requirements: • Must possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Secretarial or equivalent. • At least one (1) year of relevant experience. • Proficient in MS office. • Candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively will be an added advantages. • Flexible and willing to assist in ad hoc admin duties as and when required.
