Objectives: Achieve the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by driving strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth research to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends. • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on increasing both revenue and expanding the customer base. • Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients to explore business opportunities. • Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective clients at meetings, trade shows, industry exhibits, and conferences. • Collaborate closely with the Presales Support and Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution. • Prepare competitive quotations and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) efficiently. • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects, while managing all sales administration through CRM software. • Provide accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team regularly. • Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets. Requirements: • Proven track record in business development, sales management, or similar roles. • Strong experience in closing sales and driving the sales process from initial planning to deal closure. • Previous experience in software or SaaS sales. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Vtiger. • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious with a results-driven approach. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Diploma or degree (BSc/BA) in business administration, sales, or a related field.
