Job Description: Position Overview: As a QA Junior Executive in Food Manufacturing, your role is vital in upholding the quality and safety standards of the food products manufactured by the company. You will assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control Processes: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures in food manufacturing, including monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and evaluating product samples. Product Testing: Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspection results, and any deviations observed during the production process. Compliance: Ensure that food manufacturing processes adhere to regulatory standards, including FDA regulations, HALAL,FSSC, HACCP principles, and other relevant guidelines. Hygiene and Sanitation: Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation practices in production areas to prevent contamination and maintain food safety standards. Supplier Quality Assurance: Assist in evaluating and qualifying suppliers based on their quality management systems, product quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Training: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization within the food manufacturing operations. Communication: Collaborate with production staff, quality assurance team members, and other departments to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field. -Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP). -Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. -Familiarity with food testing methods and equipment is preferred. -Understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques is a plus. -Able to work in Bandar Enstek.
