Job Responsibilities: • Actively engaged in plant's setup and day-to-day operations. • Utilize sources and connections for talent searching. • Talent mapping identification within similar industry player, professional hunting. • Drive training program including design training plan, training progression, training needs analysis, training evaluation. • Conduct soft skills training: Performance Assessment, Basic Employment Act, Domestic Inquiry; and training facilitator for other technical training (production process training and critical skills training). • Design competency assessment (skill matrix) for employee, for competency level purpose. • Performance assessment and evaluation on quarter basis. • Conduct and facilitator for Organization Talent Review on half year basis, targeting Executive level or above (mainly for performance evaluation, succession planning, talent development & motivation). • Conduct Domestic Inquiry within organization, including training for panel and chairman for more well-trained personnel. • File cases, attending court cases involved with labor issues. • Involves in HR planning and budgeting, including headcount budget, expenses budget, payroll budget, salary benchmark. • Hands-on and detailed in payroll, comply to statutory requirements. • Established policies, such as: Policies for Personal data Protection Act (PDPA),Maternity Allowance Form, Security instructions, Employment Applications Form, Visitor pass and other related documents for HR operations. • Welfare for employee, including group insurance coverage, medical, staff engagement activity, facilities, and etc. • Liaise with relevant government bodies for manufacturing setup and secondment program of expatriates from China to Malaysia. • Involves in the foreigners matters, such as application, visa clearance, hostel and transport management, workers discipline, etc. Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or any business-related field. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR Generalist or Manager. • Prefer someone from Manufacturing industry background. • Good language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. • Ability to work in a team and as a part of team. • Good interpersonal skills, team leadership skills, and able to work under high pressure.
