BIM Coordinator

Work under MANLY TECH MALAYSIA SDN BHD Based in Nilai Requirements: • Master holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related discipline • Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D , Navisworks • Preferably 2-5 years BIM working experience (Architectural, Structural & MEP) • Must be organized, results-driven driven and proactive. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Working experience in Indonesia would be preferable Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for technical project drawing, creating, maintaining or amending BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP). • Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes • Conduct thorough clash analysis and detection to ensure seamless project execution. • Clash Analysis & Detection • Work as a project resource to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team. • Build Design, modelling and scripting skills as well as developing communication skills including technical writing. • Deliver work that meets Clients expectations and requirements. • Contribute to designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and final working drawings and input to the production of technical reports • Oversee BIM document management and establish quality assurance procedures for BIM processes. • Develop QA procedures for BIM • Successfully complete assigned technical tasks within allotted time frames. • Develop skills including design scripting, project management, • Improving knowledge on all BIM related Digital topics. • Responsible to manage the BIM process, writing / executing BIM • Execution Plans, assisting in meeting clients’ BIM project requirements. • Assist in coaching other team members in BIM knowledge and the required BIM skills. • Be compliant with BIM Standards where imposed. • Ensure the writing of BIM Execution plans are compliant with client's BIM requirement. • Manage BIM Modelers and BIM Co-ordinators at various project sites. • Responsible for handling BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing/ information register. • Attend co-ordination workshops and monthly progress meetings. • Help business development and sales of Digital Construction services, software, trainings and products for the South East Aisa Digital Construction market. • Help Marketing activities to promote and create awareness of the company. • Responsible for proposing potential new business lines related to Digital Construction to Managing Director. • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by General Manager.
