Driving New Student Recruitment: • Contact and counsel potential UNITAR students to generate new enrollments. • Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to highlight the benefits of UNITAR programs. 2. Driving Existing Student Progression: • Encourage current UNITAR students to progress to the next stage of their education. • Provide information about advanced courses, career opportunities, and the advantages of further education. 3. Achieving Sales Targets: • Work towards achieving the sales targets set by the management. • Employ sales strategies and techniques to maximize student enrollments. 4. Event Management: • Manage and oversee events related to the department, such as Open Days or Public Exhibitions. • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and engagement activities to attract potential students. 5. Team Development: • Execute activities and initiatives under the Sales team to develop and upscale the team. • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance. 6. Building Relationships: • Create and build new relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Establish a network within the education industry to enhance recruitment opportunities. 7. Additional Tasks: • Perform or handle additional tasks assigned by the reporting line manager. • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs and priorities. 8. Adherence to Policies: • Carry out tasks based on the policies and systems set in place by the Sales Department. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in education counselling. Requirements: Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in any field. Has experience in Sales or Education industry(preferred). Eager to achieve KPIs and exceed targets. Familiar with or has used the Salesforce CRM system or a similar platform. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus. Friendly, warm, and open-minded. Digitally and numerically literate, comfortable working with technology and data. Passionate about education, with knowledge of the Malaysian education industry being a plus. Willing to learn and driven to succeed. Must be willing to work in Ipoh.
