Personal Assistant

• To support and assists the Director to develop & overseeing long term organization strategies objective/goals; • Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to monitor progress; • Collaborate with the project team include external stakeholders such as consultants, engineers, architects, Quantity Surveyor and authorities to develop and coordinate project development; • Negotiate pricing, and terms of sales, business and joint venture agreements, ensuring profitability; • Handling SPA, tenancy agreement, loan documentations, discharge and perfection of charge and other conveyancing matters with developers, bankers, solicitors and various government bodies; • Engaged in land acquisition negotiations and transactions with developers and tendering projects; • Provide secretarial assistance to executives, including drafting letters, memos, and other correspondence. Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items; • To seeks out new real estate business development opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals; • To research and maintain extensive knowledge of property market conditions; • To monitor and ensure project feasibility studies and cash flow management are met by the team; • To ensure all development meet the control parameter of local statutory requirement; • To determine and report to Director the business trends with a view to developing / refinement existing and new services or products, in line with organization branding/ objective;
