Senior Engineer

1. Develop project objective by reviewing project proposal and plans conferring with management. 2. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements. 3. Determines project specification by studying the design, customer requirement and costing estimation. 4. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirement, sequencing project elements and budget control. 5. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. 6. Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issue and action items. 7. Contributing information to team meeting and reports, escalating project completion without impediments. 8. Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements, preparing permit applications, plans and compliance reports. 9. To continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way. 10. To maintain good communication with Clients and other department in TEM. 11. To maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations. 12. To perform inspection on the final as-built construction to ensure that it conforms to specification. 13. Attend internal & external trainings to improve knowledge and contribute to company growth.
