Job Description: As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods, services, and materials that meet the company's requirements in terms of cost, quality, and timelines. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining good relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms.Maintain and manage relationships with both existing and new suppliers. • Procurement Process: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels.Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Cost Management: Analyze and monitor procurement spending, cost reductions, and overall supplier performance.Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and ensure maximum value for the company. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Prepare procurement reports for management review, highlighting key metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement lead times. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to import/export, taxation, and customs. Evaluate and manage risks related to suppliers and the supply chain to minimize potential disruptions. Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
