Collaboration Coordination: • Identify potential collaboration opportunities that align with the organization's objectives. • Coordinate and facilitate collaborations between partner institutions and faculties/departments • Monitor and evaluate the progress of collaborative projects, ensuring they meet established goals and timelines. 3. International Outreach: • Represent the organization at international conferences, seminars, and events. • Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the international community. Promote the organization's mission and activities to external stakeholders. • Participate in diplomatic and cultural exchange activities to enhance international relations. 4. Administrative Tasks: • Maintain accurate records of international activities and collaborations. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals. • Coordinate travel arrangements for international delegations and visitors. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any fields. • Proven experience in international relations, collaborations, or a related field. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in written and spoken English
