Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during slickline operations, identifying additional needs and opportunities for Oracle Tools’ products and services. • Sales Pitching: Present Oracle Tools’ product portfolio, emphasizing the value and benefits to clients in well intervention and completion projects. • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and pursue sales leads within the client base and through industry networking, following up on inquiries and converting leads into sales. • Market Intelligence: Gather information on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities, sharing insights with Oracle Tools’ sales and product teams to support strategic planning. • Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline status, and sales reports to support Oracle Tools’ growth and relationship management. Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in slickline operations, with a solid understanding of downhole tools and well intervention processes. • Technical & Sales Skills: Proven technical proficiency in slickline operations coupled with strong sales and client relationship skills. • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions to clients. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical reporting and sales engagements, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients. • Self-Motivated & Organized: Demonstrated ability to manage slickline operations and sales responsibilities independently, with strong organizational skills. • Diploma or certification in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Sales experience within the oil and gas industry, particularly in well intervention products and services.
