• To implement policy, procedure, and guidelines on all IT-related matters • Manage Building Management System (BMS) and database • Maintain and responsible for daily end-users’ support in ICT hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure smooth daily business operation • Administration of various systems and applications related services, such as file server, e-mail, user account maintenance, server patching and etc. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network issues. • Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability. • Manage backups and disaster recovery plans. • Maintain security protocols and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to the network. • Stay up to date with new technology and industry trends to improve office IT infrastructure and services. • Manage and ensure that users abide with all IT policies as set forth in the Office Manual. • Manage and monitor IT inventory such as software license, desktop, laptop, printer and etc. • Liaise with external vendors to resolve IT services issues. • To prepare and administer budget for IT budgeting • Other jobs as assigned by top management • To operate/manage the E-Facility software that currently install by TM to which will use by Hikmah Exchange under Smart Building
