Test Lead

- Leading product release QA cycles, including creating and tracking to QA release plans, coordinating team resources & activities to efficiently & effectively deliver high release confidence based on deep, broad comprehensive test coverage - Test numerous software upgrades with minimal operational interruptions. - Define test strategy, development and execution of test plans, review of technical specifications - Design, develop and maintain list of risks, requirements, deliverables, resources and budgets for projects - Apply test automation into testing, develop test automation strategy for large complex projects - Maintain standards for testing software including identifying testing resources as well as schedule and plan testing activities - Lead continuous process improvement activities for project group - Review output of members - Promote software testing concepts and practices to program management. - Implement test metrics to communicate status of testing and error correction. - Participate in post-implementation reviews and document testing process lessons learned after major releases - Report new problems found, debug and provide detailed information to development. - Support pre-sales activities
