• Providing tech expert application and infrastructure technical support to customers in multiple languages such as Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Thai and as well as other APAC countries, to serve the country that we are currently supporting within APAC region. • Performing customer requests / problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures. • Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and escalate / mitigate / resolve as required. • Delivering and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels. • Ensuring data administer is accurate and executed within customer’s SLA. • Accelerating requests/ issues to the appropriate resolver group according to SLA. • Initiating immediate corrective action in case of filing errors/escalations. Requirement • Vietnamese Speaker open for 2 vacancies • Indonesian Speaker open for 3 vacancies • Hindi Speaker open for 2 vacancies • Thai Speaker open for 3 vacancies
